2 Days Tanzania Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park
On arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport or from your hotel in Arusha you will be met by your driver/guide from Engabi Tours and Travel Ltd who will transfer you to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours, but you will pass through the market town of Mto Wa Mbu along the way from where you will enter Lake Manyara national park to start your Tanzania wildlife viewing adventure. This agricultural and fresh produce market is a melting pot of local cultures and a souvenir hunter’s paradise. Later in the evening you will retire to hotel/lodge or Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Ngorongoro Crater and Transfer back to Arusha
After breakfast at your lodge, you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Crater the 8th Wonder of the World and home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. The Conservation area is a good destination to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains as well as to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water.
The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, Cape buffalo, and more. It is truly one of Africa’s premier safari destinations.
Later in the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the park’s famous hippo pool and thereafter transfer back to Arusha/ Kilimanjaro International Airport
